Resolved Question: Computer Not Sending and Recieving Packets?

My computer sends and recieves packets slow, off and on and sometimes eventuallys stops all together causing me to cant use the internet, its becoming very annoying. AM using a Modem. It cant be turned off and on it just works when the plug is in and out. All wires connected properley, it says connected but not getting online... read more
